Mrs. Slavica Pavlović was born in 1974 in Požega. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the School of Economics, University of Belgrade, Dept. of Finance, Banking, and Insurance. She started her career in 1999 as an officer in the Planning and Analysis Dept. of Investbank a.d. Belgrade. She was soon given the opportunity to the join the auditing company Ernst & Young as a trainee and over the next 6 years of her engagement in the external audit rose to the position of a manager of the audit teams for banks and financial institutions. She continued her career in the auditing company Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and in 2006, joined Eurobank a.d. Belgrade as its Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board. 

She was appointed the President of the Executive Board of Eurobank Direktna a.d. in 2016. Over the years, she played an instrumental role In the successful development of the bank and has been a vital part of the management team who established Eurobank Direktna a.d. as a key player in the local market. 

Mrs. Pavlović is a long-standing member of the Management Board of the Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences’ Foundation for Studies of Sciences and Arts, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Serbian Banks. 

She works in Belgrade, where she currently lives with her spouse and daughter.
